Address Changes
How PostGrid handles NCOA address changes and how to identify updated delivery addresses on orders in the dashboard.
When sending mail through PostGrid Print & Mail, you may encounter a scenario where your mail has been sent to a different address than originally requested.
The printers that work with PostGrid often check the National Change of Address (NCOA) database for any potential changes to a person’s address. As a result, a person may request that mail be sent to a different address than what may be on file for you.
Viewing Address Changes on the Dashboard
Section titled “Viewing Address Changes on the Dashboard”Address changes to an order will be shown via a yellow indicator beside the address or recipient of an order.
