Address Changes

How PostGrid handles NCOA address changes and how to identify updated delivery addresses on orders in the dashboard.

When sending mail through PostGrid Print & Mail, you may encounter a scenario where your mail has been sent to a different address than originally requested.

The printers that work with PostGrid often check the National Change of Address (NCOA) database for any potential changes to a person’s address. As a result, a person may request that mail be sent to a different address than what may be on file for you.

Address changes to an order will be shown via a yellow indicator beside the address or recipient of an order.

The specific details of the address change can be viewed on the contact in question.
